Duck Breast served on confit potato with a ratatouille
and fresh seasonal vegetables. Rainbow Trout lightly
pan fried in olive oil and lemon butter stuffed with
spinach and finished off with a hollandaise and prawn
sauce, all served with buttered new potatoes and vegetables.
